-- He doesn't like being treated as a "heartless machine", and doesn't like seeing robots treated badly; the exception is anything Monokuma related or actually mindless (like automated factory lines), the former because it's evil and the latter because it actually *is* lacking a mind completely.

-- He can be very awkward in social situations sometimes, because he doesn't fully grasp subtlety or social things, since he grew up with the Professor and not around other "children" or anything like that (meaning that certain double-meanings or innuendos are entirely lost on him); he can be incredibly shy about intimate things all the same, once he understands them, and is pretty easy to embarrass.

-- Despite his awkwardness, he's genuinely a kind boy, and just wants to be accepted by his friends and others as a "real person". He even considers Kokichi a friend, despite Kokichi's constant torment of him.

-- He finds nudity embarrassing, immensely so, but doesn't seem to care if people shower or use the restroom while he's there; as long as he doesn't have to see it.

-- He's also aware of just how easily he could hurt someone, and sometimes feel uneasy because of that.

-- He doesn't fully understand sarcasm and gets flustered or upset really easily, which makes him a bully target. This also means he's pretty easy to read when it comes to feelings.

-- He tends to over-rely on other people when he can, and doesn't take charge as often as he should, usually just doing what people say (though he'd get upset if he felt he was being bossed around too much/someone pointed that out).

-- He's kind of self-conscious about needing help rather than being able to heal himself, which makes him a little defensive of his damages if it's people he doesn't know. His insecurity there can sometimes lead to him being a little too loud or eager to show off his advanced parameters (such as recording, sight, and printing memories), though he tries not to be nasty about it. He just honestly wants to be accepted by everyone and be a close friend, and sometimes he just gets a bit too anxiously eager to push that.

-- He loves watching people eat, because he can't eat or drink himself, but seeing how people react makes him feel like he's a part of it regardless. His favorite foods are Japanese-themed (along with their culture).

-- Since he's logic-based, he tends to look at things logically; however, he works hard to try to apply emotions to the logic too (IE, even if a corpse is just a dead body, grieving over it makes sense and has its purpose). This doesn't always work, and he gets upset and depressed if people tell him he wouldn't understand because he's a robot.

-- He does have sensation when touched, to the point that he can be tickled and likely even aroused with hands in the wrong place; he has a way to turn this off for maintience, but prefers to leave it on outside to simulate being human.

-- While he struggles with the concept of love and what one would do with a romantic partner, he dreams of it and really does want to fall in love with someone at some point.
